• Steel bar, 1,5 mm thick and Ø 32 mm (outer diameter), coated after antioxidant treatment with non-slipping white polyamide Rilsan ®, that gives the bar a nice feel and a high protection against corrosion and knocks. The bending process guarantees the uniformity of the diameter along the bends.
• Steel mounting flange, 2 units, 3 mm thick and Ø 71,5 mm, coated after antioxidant treatment with non-slipping white polyamide Rilsan ®. Incorporates 3 screws holes of Ø 6 mm for mounting on the wall. |

Straight grab bar should be made of steel, white polyamide Rilsan ® coated, 1,5 mm thick and Ø 32 mm (outer diameter). The bending process should guarantee the uniformity of the diameter along the bends. The bar should have two steel mounting flanges, 3 mm thick and Ø 71,5 mm, white polyamide Rilsan ® coated. Each mounting flange should incorporate 3 screws holes of Ø 6 mm for mounting on the wall. The bar and flanges should be coated after antioxidant treatment with non-slipping white polyamide Rilsan ®, that gives the bar a nice feel and a high protection against corrosion and knocks. The grab bar should be able to support a maximum force of 4.003 N and a weight of 408 Kg. Overall maximum dimensions of the bar shall be 376,5 mm and between flanges’ centres 305 mm.
Straight grab bar shall be model BR0300RB, steel white Rilsan ® coated, manufactured by Mediclinics S.A., C/ Industria 54, E-08025 Barcelona, Spain. |
