• Steel bar, 1,5 mm thick and Ø 32 mm (outer diameter), coated after antioxidant treatment with non-slipping white polyamide Rilsan ®, that gives the bar a nice feel and a high protection against corrosion and knocks. The bending process guarantees the uniformity of the diameter along the bends. The swinging point is reinforced by means of a double tube. A hook bar for paper roll holding is incorporated, as well as a safety anchoring system that blocks the bar in the vertical position and avoids it falling down accidentally.
• Steel mounting flange, 3 mm thick, coated after antioxidant treatment with white polyamide Rilsan ®. Incorporates 6 countersunk screws holes of Ø 6,5 mm for mounting on the wall. |

(*) NOTE: The load that the bar withstands depends on the type of the wall and the wall plugs used. Nuts and bolts are not included. The use of stainless steel screws is recommended.
The bar is manually changed from vertical to horizontal position. This is achieved by slightly lifting the bar in order to free the safety anchor that blocks the bar in the vertical position. To change from horizontal to vertical position, just lift the bar until this remains blocked. |

Swing up grab bar, vertical turn, should be equipped with holder for paper roll. It should be made of steel white Rilsan ® coated, 1,5 mm thick and Ø 32 mm (outer diameter). All joints and supports should be contour-cut and arc-welded in argon atmosphere. The bending process of the bar should be guarantee the uniformity of the diameter along the bends. The swinging point should be reinforced by means of a double tube. A hook bar for paper roll holding should be incorporated, as well as a safety anchoring system that blocks the bar in the vertical position and avoids it falling down by accidentally. The mounting flange should be made of steel, white Rilsan ® coated, 3 mm thick, incorporating 6 countersunk screws holes of Ø 6,5 mm for mounting on the wall. The bar and flange should be coated after antioxidant treatment with white polyamide Rilsan ®, that gives the bar a nice feel and a high protection against corrosion and knocks. The grab bar should be able to support a maximum force of 1.112 N and a weight of 113 Kg. Overall dimensions of the flange shall be 300 mm x 100 mm. Total length of the bar should be 735 mm.
