• Steel one-piece high quality and high impact cover white epoxy coated, 1,9 mm thick. Cover fixed to the base by means of 2 vandal-proof lock screws and lock with special Mediflow ® wrench.
• Fire resistant plastic UL 94-V0 base and fan scroll, with 4 Ø 8 mm holes for wall mounting. It includes silent-blocks to damp mechanical vibrations.
• Universal brush motor, 4.500 rpm, F class, includes a self-resetable thermal cut-off at 120 ºC.
• Aluminium centrifugal double asymmetrical inlet fan wheel.
• Fe, Al & Cr taped wire heating element mounted on a mica frame that incorporates a self-resetable thermal cut-off at 110 ºC. Automatic disconnection ½ second before motor stop. Automatic regulation of air temperature on ambient temperature.
• Fully adjustable (5-20 cm) IR electronic detection sensor by means of a potentiometer. Sensor with polycarbonate viewing window. Selective detection of fixed targets and automatic disconnection system after 120 seconds of continuous use. |

Operation |

Place the hands under the air outflow valve. The dryer will start automatically, and go on with no interruption as long as the hands are kept in the detection range of the sensor. The appliance will stop 2 seconds after the hands are removed from the airflow. As a safety measure, the appliance will stop after 120 seconds. |

Surface mounted vandal resistant hand dryer shall be manufactured with one-piece high quality and high impact 1,9 mm thick steel cover, white epoxy coated, and fixed to the base by means of 2 vandal-proof lock screws and lock with special Mediflow ® wrench. The back base shall be fire resistant plastic UL 94-V0 and with 4 holes Ø 8 mm for wall mounting, including silent-blocks to damp mechanical vibrations The dryer shall be activated through an infrared electronic sensor and shall automatically turn off two second after hands are removed. Sensor shall automatically shut dryer off approximately 120 seconds after dryer turn on if inanimate object is placed. The sensor should be fully adjustable (5-20 cm) by means of potentiometer, and should be equipped with a polycarbonate viewing window. Universal motor shall be 250 W, 4.500 rpm, class F, including a self-resetable thermal cut-off which will disconnect at 120ºC. The Fe, Al & Cr heating element should incorporate a self-resetable thermal cut-off which will disconnect at 110ºC. The heating element should be Automatic disconnected ½ second before motor stop. The heating element should incorporate an automatic regulation of air temperature on ambient temperature system. The hand dryer should have an aluminium asymmetrical double inlet fan wheel, and the fan scroll shall be made of a fire resistant plastic UL 94-V0. Dryer shall deliver 450 m3/h of air at 49 ºC and 95 Km/h velocity during user controlled drying cycle. The dryer shall have a total power of 2.750 Watts with a consumption of 12 A. Noise level should be 65 dB at 2 m distances. Protection level against water splashes should be rating IP23. Overall dimensions shall be 320 x 272 x 164 mm. Unit shall VDE approved and CE marked and comply with electrical safety directives 73/23/CEE& 93/68/CEE and electro-magnetic compatibility directives 89/336/CEE & 92/31/CEE. In recessed version should comply with ADA projection requirements.
